Settings

Settings shows who you're signed in as, then:

  • Plan & Usage — see Plan and usage.
  • Sender and Brand — who emails are from and how they look. See Getting set up.
  • Notifications — see Notifications and activity.
  • Where You're Signed In — every session on your account. Account & Security opens your password and passkeys on the web. See Signing in.
  • Appearance — System (follows your phone's light or dark setting), Light or Dark.
  • Security — the app lock, which asks for your face, fingerprint or passcode when you open SendBeam.
  • About — the app's version and build, which support may ask for.
  • Help & Support and Delete Account.

Plan and usage

Plan & Usage shows your plan, how many workspaces it covers, and how much of each allowance you've used, with when it resets. Some allowances are shared by every workspace on the account (tap one to see each workspace's share); others each workspace has on its own. A meter says when you're nearly at the limit, or over it.

Only admins see usage. Plans and billing are changed on the web; see Billing and plans.

Chat with support

Help & Support → Message Us opens a chat with SendBeam support, right in the app.

  • Ask anything. An AI assistant looks through the help centre and answers first; its messages are labelled AI.
  • If that solved it, tap That Solved It. If not, Talk to a Person passes the chat to the SendBeam team.
  • Send a photo or screenshot with the photo button. The chat shows when a message is delivered and read, and when the team is typing.
  • When the team is away, the chat says when they're back.
  • Mark as Resolved closes it; write again any time if you need more help, or Start a New Chat.

If the chat isn't available just then, the app offers to send your question as a request instead, and we reply by email.

Requests and feedback

  • My Conversations — your chats and requests with SendBeam support. Open one to read the replies or answer; replying reopens a resolved one.
  • New request — a subject and your message. We reply in the app and by email.
  • Contact Support — choose what it's about (something isn't working, a sending domain, a plan or account question, a privacy or data request, a security issue, or something else) and we reply by email. The app adds its version, so you don't have to.
  • Send Feedback — an idea, something that could be better, or something you like.
  • Rate SendBeam — in the App Store or Google Play.
